2. Description of Service
CoinSparring is a free, demo cryptocurrency trading platform that uses live market data from third-party providers including Gate.io, Bybit, Binance, and CoinGecko. All funds and trades on CoinSparring are virtual — no actual cryptocurrency is bought, sold, or held on your behalf.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use CoinSparring. Users under 18 may not create an account or use the platform. By using CoinSparring, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree not to share your account or use another user's account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or abuse the platform or its APIs.
- Use automated bots or scripts to simulate trades at scale.
- Misrepresent virtual gains as real financial returns.
6. No Financial Advice
CoinSparring does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All content and data on the platform is for educational and entertainment purposes only. Past simulated performance is not indicative of future real-world results.
7. AI Assistant
CoinSparring includes an AI assistant. When you use it you are interacting with an AI language model, not a human advisor and not a licensed investment professional.
- AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and must not be relied on for any decision.
- The assistant is educational and retrospective only — it analyses your simulated trades and explains concepts. It does not give buy, sell, or hold recommendations on real assets.
- Your conversations with the assistant are logged and stored with your account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- AI-generated output is provided "as is" with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
CoinSparring is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available, error-free, or that market data will be perfectly accurate or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoinSparring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss or damage arising from AI-generated output, whether that output is inaccurate, incomplete, or acted upon by you or anyone else.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of CoinSparring shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. Disputes are resolved on an individual basis only — class, collective, or representative actions are not permitted.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of CoinSparring after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
